App cannot fax more than one photo or file

I had 3 photo images to send. App would not allow selecting from the photo folder so I moved them to a file folder. I could not select more than 1 image from the file folder. Also, app kept on defaulting toa Switzerland country code every time I opened app. Worst app ever!

Entered the recipient fax and senders phone (me) and it kept trying to send the sender the fax not the recipient ?!?!? And when it finally sends to the fax (after you wait listening the phone ringing) takes forever

When I first got the app, I was able to send a document free with no problem. Then when I tried to send another document, it would not upload my document so I purchased the weekly subscription and I was still not able to load my document. I then went to the section where I could ask for a refund and attach screenshots and when I tried submitting my request, it doesn’t allow me to submit the request. This is frustrating. Stay away from this app and I would please like my refund. It’s just wild how easy it is to rip people off nowadays.

With a name like FaxFree, you’d expect an app that you can send fax’s for free, but after your first send, you have to pay at least $8 per week for the service.
Plus, the layout is so bare and not as intuitive to load documents.
