    Used to work well. It literally doesn’t stop any spam calls and it KILLS my battery.

    My battery is draining super fast lately. I noticed in settings that this app alone has drained 17% of my phone battery today. I open the app to see what could be the issue. I see that it has not analyzed any calls in the past 8 months despite the service being included in my cell plan. I continue to get daily spam calls. So what is the app doing and why is it burning so much battery?
  • ActiveArmor cannot un block numbers

    Spent over hour with chat and tech support. Critical number from contacts list shows blocked in ActiveArmor only. Cannot unblock. Only solution is uninstall ActiveArmor.
  • Killing my battery

    On iOS 26.4 this app is just burning through my battery. So far today it alone has used 14%. This is an app that is never opened and just works in the background and yet it’s using more battery than anything else on my iPhone. How?
  • Don’t even work

    I’ve downloaded, deleted and re-downloaded four times. When I open the app, it tells me that I need cellular data to continue and I need to change this in my settings. My cellular data is on, I’m also connected to Wi-Fi and it still won’t go past the first screen very aggravating.

    Recently updated my phone to the 17 pro max and now I can’t use the app anymore give this error” not eligible your device must be enabled with AT&T HD Voice to use this service “ I’ve contacted support multiple times, I’ve had them a ticket has been put in as well still no update one the issue. It’s been a month.
  • Missing calls

    Some calls simply don’t show up on the list for that day. Today for example, I’ve had one call but it does not appear that I’ve had any calls. It’s sometimes slow to update list, if at all.
  • Something Broke

    This app used to work great and now it’s just nothing but problems. I have the advanced option included with my plan and when I try to use the app it keeps reverting me to the “free” one, even though the advanced is free for me and then wants be to “upgrade” by setting up a subscription through Apple. It’ll randomly say I need to be off WiFi for it to work, won’t let me connect it to my actual AT&T account at all, just completely broken from when it was at least pretty good before.

    Used to work well then upgraded phones now app no longer works and tells me I’m “ineligible” to setup/activate. Hoping it’s just an app glitch because the spam calls are driving me insane!

    Why is there a $3.00 price increase but no improvements to the app or service. Spam calls even still coming through. The number look up feature doesn’t even worked. That’s a huge increase. Of course I will be dropping the service.
