I was having issues with my iPhone so I wiped it and started over from scratch. After I reinstalled Co-Star my subscription wasn’t active and I can find no way to restore purchases, including the 10 void questions I had left and my horoscope for the year I also purchased. I’ve reached out to support and I’ve received nothing but an automated response. As much as I love this app, I have to give it one star since they have no way of restoring my subscription it seems (nor any of my other put)

This would be a 5 if changes that removed the details on the “you” page hadn’t happened. I feel like I purchased a report and got scammed. Now the details are gone and there are only options to buy a monthly subscription. Please bring back the old “you” details! Or even the “luck in”.

Losing the You page was already a heavy hit given it was one of the only reasons to open the app itself (the daily horoscope is otherwise viewable in the daily notification banner),
but the last few months the horoscopes also repeated amongst friends more often, became less witty and more aggressive? In tone? Passive aggressive?
And my final straw before deleting it was reading what takes the current profile space being written in the exact format ai-bot accounts on Twitter all use to "talk". I will not accuse the app of no longer writing their horoscopes, but I will say that aggravating signature style was not a positive change from the previously more calm and therapeutic messages I used to enjoy reading, even if I was aware they were obviously somewhat or entirely "random" & pre-written, they once felt more human and fun!

Why is the app so negative now? I heard this app relies heavily on AI and not actual astrology now too. AI slop app I wish was deleted. If you have OCD and tend to fixate on things, do NOT download! It’s not worth the unnecessary anxiety, trust me.
