It has been close to two months now since sync to apple health started failing. Please fix soon.

My workouts continue to get interrupted and not save. Why can’t you fix the instability issues. Don’t force quit a workout when the cause is on your end. My latest workout claims it was a Bluetooth issue and exited a workout with a message saying you’re aware of it. It was an ab workout which has nothing to do with Bluetooth connectivity. Seriously!!! You continue taking people’s money while we can’t even finish a workout. It’s BEYOND frustrating.

I have the NordicTrack T Series 16 treadmill. You cannot connect the app to the treadmill as it has a screen, so Bluetooth can’t be used to connect the device to the app.

Lacks basic filtering and navigation - everything is organized around their weird constructs of how you should work out. Don’t give me an “active life” series - give me a way to find 20-minute workouts of a specific type I’m interested in. The syncing between the app and machine has a delay so a lot of the entire value proposition is lost. The content and instructors are meh once you put up with all the rest. Super disappointing!
  • Worthless App and Questionable Business Practices

Oh, iFit. Not worth it to pay, not worth it for free. Just takes up space and spams your email box. The unsubscribe link in the too often sent emails is conveniently broken and just takes you to the home page of the app. Email preferences require login in a browser. If they can’t follow the simplest of business practices, what else are they doing wrong? The number of tries it takes to get the app and the treadmill to connect (the only reason I keep it) can take half of a five mile run and/or half a dozen attempts. Not to mention, the content really isn’t any good. I have free apps that offer better trainers, better content, and better interface. Thumbs down, iFit. Fix your emails and stop harassing me.

No longer shows current rpm in quick reference, why would somebody care about their average rpm. Clearly designed for non-athletes or ppl who aren’t fit. Videos automatic resistance changes don’t align with the videos, your time starts the moment you start spinning your bike. Clearly IT kids that don’t workout themselves. There’s a reason peloton is better

I’ve had this treadmill for about 10 years and I didn’t realize that this app was even available. I love it.

I find it hard to navigate this app. I like to continue a series but they just throw random featured mixes of workouts at you. They need a better way to filter workouts.
