Start your free trial to experience the benefits of Balance. After the trial, Balance offers two auto-renewing subscriptions at $11.99/month and $69.99/year. These prices are for United States customers, pricing in other countries may vary.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the term. Subscription renewals cost the same as the original subscription, and your credit card will be charged through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase.
Balance also offers a Lifetime subscription which is paid for by a one-off upfront payment of $399.99 with unlimited access to the Balance library forever.

I have tried meditation a long time ago and got nothing from it. I always thought it was kind of silly to just sit there breathing. After some major life changes I found myself wanting to change and live a better life. I gave it a try with Balance and really paid attention and just kept with it. I started seeing a difference almost immediately. Now, 74 days in, I am so glad I gave it another shot. I just wish I had really given it a chance earlier in life. Now I really enjoy my meditation times. Thanks to Balance for this amazing app!

I received a free year subscription to this program through a special offer last October. The app has many ten day plans, which I quite enjoy. However, one of the main reasons I use meditation is to fall asleep, and the sleep meditations they currently have are not helpful to me. What works for each person will differ, so I still encourage you to try.
Pretty great but can we PLEASE limit how much they talk?

Any app that promotes meditation is great especially for beginners I have been using it off and on now for years I find it helpful when I’m in a different location to literally “balance” me , but I just wish we could customize how much we want to hear I mean dang these people are babbling in the middle of my meditation even the unguided one I just tried , sir please be quiet i don't need to hear why people do unguided meditation I am trying to do it myself. I always find myself getting frustrated with them talking at certain points so I stay off for a while and eventually come back to learn new techniques … At the end of each one I’m always waiting for a feedback button or a “how did you like this one?” with options to customize the amount of talking… I have definitely learned some great techniques I wasn’t regularly practicing and highly recommend, an overall great app but could be the best with a bit of customization
