▸ Access content safely without losing speed with our fast VPN servers;

▸ Get a new online identity and mask your email with Alternative ID;
▸ Block ads, cookie pop-ups, and trackers with our ad blocker Clean Web;
▸ Stay protected even if your connection drops thanks to kill switch;
▸ Double your protection with Multi Hop, which routes your traffic through two VPN servers;

Reliable VPN for all your iOS devices
Surfshark is fully compatible with iOS devices, making it the ideal VPN for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV users. Whether you're browsing from home or on the go, Surfshark gives you fast, secure access across a global network — including VPN servers in popular locations like the USA, Canada, the UK, India, Mexico, Japan, and Brazil, among many others. Stay secure and private no matter where you are or what device you're using.
Speedy VPN with 10Gbps servers
Surfshark is built for speed — with 10Gbps servers you get a truly fast VPN experience. Our wide server network of 3,200+ servers means you're more likely to connect to a server with lower traffic, which translates to even more speed and smoother browsing.
Ad blocking for a smoother browsing experience
Surfshark goes beyond just privacy — it also enhances your browsing experience with an ad blocker. Our ad blocker helps eliminate intrusive ads, annoying cookie pop-ups, and hidden trackers that slow down your connection and compromise your privacy.
Proxy support
Surfshark offers proxy VPN support, giving you even more flexibility and control over your online privacy. A proxy server acts as an extra layer between you and the websites you visit, helping mask your IP address and location. When combined with a VPN, it boosts your anonymity while maintaining fast, efficient performance.
DNS servers
Surfshark’s private DNS servers boost both your privacy and speed. Unlike regular DNS servers that may log your activity, ours don’t store or share your data. Your DNS requests are encrypted for added security, and you’ll enjoy faster connections by being routed to the closest or most efficient server. You can also go a step further — use our search engine Search to keep your searches private and ad-free.
▸ Auto subscription renewal:
• Surfshark is a paid VPN service, so you need a subscription to use it.
• You will be billed through your Apple ID Account when you confirm the purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• We will charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of your subscription.
• You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your App Store Account Settings.
• Any remaining portion of the free trial will expire when you buy a subscription.

I’ve been using Surfshark VPN for over a year now on my iPad, iPhone, and Macbook Air. It is very slow to load after any of the devices have been in sleep mode, I am constantly having to disconnect it to logon to commonly used websites such as Babbel, my bank’s website, italki, and many others. I reconfigured the settings based on recommendations from Surfshark with no improvement, and in some cases worst performance. Sadly, for me, Surfshark has been a complete waste of money.
I will be canceling my subscription

By no tv too
The new update is not acceptable for me. Third party apps should not be allowed on a paid subscription. I was hoping to keep my personal information private and now they are selling it to third parties.
Good bye for ever.
Unreliable

Very unreliable VPN, at first it worked fine, but recently, about 6 months, it has been having issues, it would get blocked and only few 3rd world countries around the region would work. It has become such a problem that we disconnected it. But they still charged the card for renewal and even if i want to use the remaining plans subscription, it would not work at all! Scam company! Never again subscribing this vpn! Save yourselves your money, dont get it, get something reliable and company that has customer support!

Gross Negligence and Incompetence

This issue originated from an S/S billing and auto-renewal error—an error S/S ultimately admitted to.
Despite acknowledging fault, it took over 20 days, 32 emails, and 14 screenshots to resolve.
Your support team repeatedly passed me from one technician to another, each displaying little to no technical knowledge.
I was forced to CC my attorney simply to get minimal attention to the matter.
I had to explain to multiple support staff—and even a manager—basic Microsoft Exchange email naming conventions. The blank, uninformed responses I received were unacceptable for any IT-related service provider.
Refund requests were continually denied, despite documented confirmation from one of your own technicians that the error was caused by S/S.
Only after legal involvement did a “manager” finally intervene—highlighting a complete lack of proactive customer service and accountability.
The incompetence displayed by your staff was staggering. This is the predictable outcome of employing untrained personnel who are indifferent, passive-aggressive, and incapable of resolving even basic technical issues.
As a retired IT professional with 30 years of expertise in Microsoft systems and data management, I can say with confidence: the handling of this matter was nothing short of negligent. It reflects poorly not only on your support staff but on the company’s operational integrity as a whole.
The VPN meant to protect you ends up locking you out while roaming.

Defies the task. Pretty bad stuff. You will have to turn it off to be able to surf on the net. Not worth a penny!
Best value, Great Performance

Been a Surfshark member for years. Cannot beat the value, especially when you consider the speed while connected. Used their customer service once and it was top end service.
Great support
