The new version has introduced very long load times in the Events view and serious stability issues. This needs urgent attention from engineering. It is Impacting basic usability and is unacceptable.

Overall works to monitor my children. But why is the app so unreliable and loading the video feed? I have to constantly kill and reopen the app. This is table stakes and should not be a thing. It’s pretty nerve wracking seeing the critical alert go off for your 6 month old and you can load the video feed without killing the app a few times. Do better
Broken, Laggy & Ads!!!

I noticed that when an update is done, it doesn’t help the user at all. Let move stuff and it harder to get to things that were easier before. And for fun, let’s make user have to click at least two or more times than before... Also, still laggy to get to the camera and the ads stink!!! Hope the ads $ is worth losing customers and ruining your brand! Will never trust your products again!
No longer works with macOS

The Eufy app seems to keep getting worse. While not “officially supported” on macOS, it’s still available in the App Store. The past two releases crash on launch every time for macOS 26.4. Prior versions of the iPad app have worked for some time. With Eufy, software and firmware both keep getting worse across the board with the Eufy app, the NVR and camera firmware, and the vacuum firmware. I’ve given up one their support team. It’s time for a big shakeup in the software/firmware team at Eufy. These may be my last Eufy products.

You pay extra for the hardware to not require a monthly subscription, but they push product ads and surveys so heavily it barely seems worth it. I won’t buy Eufy again.

So far so good. Just would like to see some quick shortcuts like turning on privacy mode without having to open up the app. More widget functionality for single cam user would be nice from the home screen
