  • Glitch regarding equipment for females

I liked this app at first as I was working up to building more muscle strength. When I first started, I didn't have any equipment and slowly added leg weights and dumbbells. Went into settings to try and add equipment to increase my workout and realized I didn't have access to add this equipment. Looked side-by-side at my boyfriends app versus mine and just because he had mail settings clicked he had access to more equipment than I did. For me to add dumbbells to my workout, I had to change my profile settings from female to male. Why is this???

The calisthenics challenges that have been advertised on social media, are not available on the app. They advertise women instructors that will start challenges, when you’ll feel the effects of the workout- example: by week 4you’ll feel it, and in 28 days, you’ll see it- something like that. When I contacted them I was met with 3 LIES: 1. I was told via email, We JUST added it to the app. They sent me their list of options, but then I sent a screenshot of what is actually in the app. 2. I was then told It’s ONLY for men! What??? Even if it was only for men-the option still didn’t exist in the app. 3. When I asked for the refund, they told me they DON’T recognize my email as an account. But they DO recognize my money they took. I even sent a screenshot of my profile in app! Instead of just saying that we don’t offer that as advertised and offer a refund or add it and make it accessible to everyone, they decided to lie and trash their brand.

Yes, it is lite but you’ll feel it the second day. I thought it was to easy. It works me slow, and study. There are some sets that my body can’t do, for injury to the right hand. But there are enough different sets to tone my body.

I paid for the premium version hoping to finally do the 28 day calisthenics challenge and they show in the pictures that it is an option, but when I open the app it’s no where to be found and the general layout of the app is different then what they show. They claim you can do all this stuff but in reality you can’t.

I have been doing the custom workouts for four weeks now and have noticed feeling a little stronger but I have only lost 1.5 lbs I have been targeting my workouts towards the abdominal muscles try to decrease my “beer belly” So far I have not seen much of a difference but I plan to keep going for another month and try to step up my workouts and hope to see an improvement if not I will probably stop doing this program and try something different
  • The app is a little user-unfriendly for low-tech people like myself

Starting with confusion when beginning a plan. Today for instance, I went to the app and there were two programs on the first screen that both said “start.” The first one was mostly chair exercises. I don’t recall the second one just now - possibly a mobility exercise?

After 50 workouts since the New Year, I have not observed any improvement in my physique. But I do feel better physically.
  • Just don’t skip the rest

I love this app and have for many years. It’s really helped me. Only thing I don’t like, is if you skip the resting points and finish the reps faster than it thinks and it doesn’t give you credit for the entire workout. Which is uncool. Yall should fix that.

It is an application that is always ready to go when you are and will push you to the limit if it’s what you want
  • Workaholic no time for gyms but this works!

Stopped going to the gym after Covid, working remote so can’t seem to jump back on the fitness center treadmill again but I can do this five or ten minutes between Zoom meetings. As a former free weight two hours in the gym snob turned old fart couch potato I didn’t believe this would work. Started six weeks ago and lost 15 lbs and am now gaining muscle mass. My average glucose levels have dropped 40 mg/dl moving me out of the T2 / pre-diabetes zone and on my way to normal ranges. As long as I have a chair and a wall, I can workout!
