Service representative issue:

Contacted a representative on the phone, I tried to explain my issue to him. From the very beginning all he tried to do was sell software upgrade. Do to being retired and on a fixed income I couldn’t afford the upgrade. He would not take no for an answer, continued with upgrade talk. Never tried to help me with my issue. Not happy at all with your customer service. My wife and I discussed about changing camera service. We like the cameras, but I won’t deal with that kind of (abuse) service.
We’ve had em for years.

I have several cameras and lights and when we were able to get all the glitches out, they’ve been working fine. The only real problem we continue to have is pairing the lights with the system. That is a common issue.

I’ve had them from the beginning. The only down fall is they will go offline when temps are below -5 below zero. Otherwise they are outstanding and they have great battery life.

Love the cameras and app, just hate that sometimes the camera will disconnect and come offline. Besides that they work great and video quality is awesome!

We have several of these setup. Unfortunately by the time the camera starts recording the people that “may” have triggered the event are already out of frame. This is even with the individuals walking directly to the cameras or at 90 angles
Very disappointed and looking to replace.
