I hate that I have to wait over 20 hours to actually read three chapters for an ad and also expensive chapter. You guys need to gives more coins. It’s no wonder people don’t actually like the app

Quiero presentar una queja formal sobre el libro titulado “Marcada por el destino”, de la autora Alicia Rivers, publicado en su plataforma. He gastado más de 100 dólares en monedas para desbloquear capítulos, ya que la historia se actualizaba diariamente, pero desde hace más de un mes no se ha publicado ni un solo capítulo nuevo. Me parece una falta de respeto hacia los lectores que se permita que una autora deje una historia sin actualizar durante tanto tiempo, mientras los usuarios siguen gastando dinero en la aplicación. No es justo pagar por una historia que queda abandonada sin ninguna explicación ni control por parte de la plataforma. Además, esta misma historia se encuentra publicada con diferentes nombres y en distintos idiomas en otras páginas, lo que demuestra que no hay ningún tipo de supervisión sobre el contenido que se publica aquí. Situaciones como esta hacen que los lectores perdamos la confianza en la aplicación, especialmente cuando seguimos invirtiendo dinero real esperando que el libro continúe. También considero injusto que la aplicación siga cobrando monedas o incentivando el gasto cuando la historia no se está actualizando. Los usuarios no deberíamos pagar por libros que quedan inconclusos. Si este tipo de situaciones continúa, muchos lectores terminaremos desinstalando la aplicación y usando otras plataformas similares, ya que existen miles de aplicaciones de este tipo donde al menos los libros se terminan o se controla mejor a los autores. Solicito que revisen este caso, que tomen medidas con la cuenta de la autora Alicia Rivers, y que establezcan normas más estrictas para evitar que se publiquen historias que luego quedan abandonadas. De lo contrario, la confianza de los usuarios en su plataforma seguirá disminuyendo. Espero una respuesta y una solución a este problema.

Once you agree to the subscription coin package, it does not show up on your subscriptions & even when emailing, it looks like they have no idea how to cancel on their end. Once you purchase the subscription, the chapters cost more so you only get about 3 a day. Save your money, get a different app.

It won’t let me unlock more then 8 chapters with ads before it gets a timer so i have to wait a whole day to continué ready… the offer wall is usless because mostly all the games o things that they have that will give you a bonus is a rip off because you have to take a test then spend 5 or 10 dolares to get the results for a single bonus

I started a book that has over 600 chapters which are only a few pages each. I didn’t realize it would cost me over $300 to read the book when I started it. That’s absolutely ridiculous! I even paid for the annual subscription which cost me $100 only to never get the access to it and when I sent in a help request, no one bothered to get back to me. The book I’ve been reading is great, but no book is worth that. Shady all the way around. Update: I still have not received any help from this developer. I would steer clear of this app as it’s obvious it’s just a money grabbing app that doesn’t care about its customers.

When Watch adds for free chapter, it will get stuck on loading page and then not give you free chapter or rewards.

Love the detail in the stories helps to picture each scene. Can’t wait to start my next experience!!
