Seanapps for iPhone

I just paid over $200 to renew my free subscription 10 days ago and open the app today and everything is changed. I can’t read my full battery voltage it just says 12…. Alerts are missing, half my trips don’t show the chart. What a bait and switch. I want my money back.

The new version sends alerts but they don’t show on the app and no way to remove the badge notification on iPhone.

The new version of Seanapps doesn’t display the alerts that the app’s icon tells me I have. Where’d the alerts go? Also, the duration of our trips is showing as several DAYS instead of the few hours we actually cruised.

App does not work with new boat that was installed on new Jeanneau. No communication, no help. Good thing it is free for the 1st year. Do not pay for it! Update 2026 the developer just contacted me after 1 year, thank you for proving my point.

Yikes! Bought my boat pre-owned and this was transferred to me. Sounded great so I paid $109 for the year. Turns out the geo location is wrong, NMEA sensors are all “off” - and no support option anywhere to be found. The support link in the AppStore actually links to the french (!) website where they promote the unit (Does anyone at Apple check these links?) Yikes! I think this was a really bad choice….
