Not able to update WiFi without uninstalling and reinstalling, super frustrating.

I signed up for a free trial to see what the subscription provided (spoiler alert, absolutely nothing of value). Now when I go to cancel it, their website says I don’t have a subscription and Stripe says I don’t have an account. If I can start a free trial in the app I should be able to cancel it in the app.

The app works great, when it decides to work at all—which is less than 20% of the time. I can’t adjust my feeding schedule because the app constantly times out!! Even after updating, this problem persists. Please fix this ongoing issue.

The app keeps opening an ad for their “Care & Care Plus” when I’m trying to setup a feeding schedule. The back button on the ad won’t work and I have to force close the app. Avoid this product.

I bought this water fountain for my cat and it’s always offline. Can’t get it back online. Doesn’t work when offline. Thank god she has an alternate water bowl. I would never buy again.

Kinda dissatisfied to invest in Petlibro products and the app doesn’t work correctly and is extremely slow since last updates. Can’t even access camera on feeder at all. Nothing but spinning. Kinda pointless in buying products and the trash app system doesn’t work. Save money and go with a better brand. They don’t know how to make their app work correctly so your expensive products are useless and you can’t use what you paid for.

I have a fountain and just bought my second feeder the one with the camera so obviously I think your products are great and work as they should. The app is pretty straightforward and everything connects easily and stays connected. My only complaint is with my newer feeder that has the camera. I chose to use my SD card over using your cloud support feature. Every time I go to check a video on the feeder I get pushed towards using your cloud support feature. I then click on my file and you still try one last time to get me to use your services and I have to decline. I just dropped lots of money on your feeder and now you keep pushing me for more of my money. Enough, I know your storage service is available and where to go to get it if I decide that I want it. If your company cares about user experience when using your products this is a blemish to that and actually cheapens the experience a bit. I’m done ranting but it’s the first thing I think about when I see the push message that my animals are eating.

Overall, the app works well enough. But there are two extremely annoying issues. The first is that only one person can be logged in at once. So if I am logged in, and my wife then logs in, I get kicked out. So we are both constantly having to login. The other issues is that it routinely “forgets” using our face to login. And the app will not remember it password. So we have to manually type in the login several times a week. It’s a very annoying issue for what is otherwise a good app.

There is no option to turn off the subscription notifications they shove down your throat. Don’t install. I am also going to leave a review warning purchasers at the place i bought it from. It’s not worth buying if you’re getting mentally abused by them shoving advertisements down your throat.
