Just downloaded app so I can read a story that got my attention

I clicked on a link in an ad, got hooked on a story, and downloaded the app. I started reading the book, paid for coins, but couldn’t finish in one sitting. Next day I click on the app and get told repeatedly the service is not available in my region! Deleted the app, reloaded it, same thing. Shut down my phone and rebooted, same thing. Currently waiting to see if support responds.
