BePresent: Screen Time Control for iPhone

I am in the 7 day trial and randomly choose an app to start with. (I should have used one I do not need!). Whenever I go to finish the session it still will not unlock the app. When I search for how to do it the instructions are different than what is in the app. I need help! I was able to remove the app in the be present app, but it is still locked on my phone!

if you're NOT looking for another problem to fix solve or work out—avoid this app. 25pts:2hr focus but randomly/repeatedly don't receive.

I did not get an email warning and was not allowed to cancel.

I’ve only had the app for a a few days now and already I’ve noticed a huge difference not only in my attention to my children but also in my stress levels. So grateful for this app.

This app is pretty glitchy. The preset blocking sessions don't always work, the app crashes if you try to add or edit excluded apps, and the entire concept gets a little boring with the XP and tiers once you've been on top a few times. I get the gamifying approach but it's been put out way too fast without addressing the glitches and continued user engagement. I'll still use it but not sure it's worth $40 especially given how much it crashes and these little quirks that don't make for a seamless experience. They say they're a small team and that's fine but you can't charge so much and rush out a glitchy app.

This has helped me focus during blocks of time that I need to limit mindless distractions but I keep have to "give up" because there is this strange flaw that bugs out whenever I need to add approved apps like authentication or my kids school communications. If they can fix that then it would be perfect.

It’s pretty Rad! I’m so focused on gaining XP that I end up never scrolling at all! Great idea. Only thing. It’s to easy, I’m crushing the leader bored and and earning coins way to fast. I feel like I’m going to “beat” the app and get board of it. I just hope it here are more screen time challenges once I get to the Top tear. Update: I have now collected enough coins to unlock all of the real life rewards, I have placed in #1 spot on the leaderboard for each tear. I am on the platform tear and in 2 days I will progress the the next (last) tear. I paid for a year subscription but I “beat” app in 20 days. Don’t get me wrong. I love the idea, and the app is pretty good. A few bugs but everything thing new takes time, and I’m on board to being the guinea pig, but if the guinea pig has already salved the maze no one’s having any fun.

Not to be dramatic but this app saved my life from constant mindless scrolling.
