I loved this app. I always got clear and detailed answers. I even paid for the subscription; I am not sure what happened but it’s terrible now! It doesn’t work at all. It answers questions with a very generic answer. I am canceling my subscription and looking for an alternative

I canceled this subscription weeks ago and here I am weeks later and they are still trying to charge me. Apple has now put a restriction on my phone that I cannot even download or update any of my apps until I add a new card and pay them. But why would I pay when I canceled the subscription it’s absolutely ridiculous

The concept is awesome, but the app never provides answers. The app “thinks” and stalls until I close it, no matter the AI platform. I find the original Chat-GPT to be far more useful.

And it’s not living up to it response is not as accurate as

I always use the free version of it because it was good but now they’re forcing you to pay and I’m like screw that there’s a lot of free AI assistance out there. Especially because the AI runs this one has not been updated since 2022, or at least that’s what it says.

Hi Genie Support, I’m a paying user, and I need to report what I consider misleading and unacceptable behavior from the app. • I sent a screenshot, and Genie correctly read and summarized its content. • Shortly after, when I sent another screenshot, Genie claimed it cannot read screenshots and then falsely said that my first screenshot’s analysis was “just imagined” or “guessed from a dot.” • This is outright false. Genie literally read my first screenshot — the details it provided could not have come from a single dot or any guess. This is gaslighting your user: making me question whether the feature works or whether I imagined something, even though I did not. I expect: 1. A clear explanation for why Genie gave contradictory responses. 2. Confirmation that my paid account has the screenshot-reading feature fully enabled. 3. A fix so I can reliably use the feature I paid for without being misled. Please respond promptly. I pay for this service, and it’s unacceptable for a paid feature to behave this way. I have screenshots to prove your app is gaslighting Thank you
