I have had this app for years it’s a great way to keep up with my favorite teams and sports.
however
1. Why do you force content on my feed that I dont care about at all whatsoever? I watch women’s soccer but my feed is constantly filled with wnba and womens basketball stuff. I don’t even follow a team, league or player in the womens basketball world. why is this constantly in my feed instead of things I actually follow…?
2. A 15 second add for 1 single 40 second video seems absurd
3. You need my location to watch games with the app now? huh? isnt the idea of using the app being able to stay in the game while mobile?
Just a few things overall good experience though
Unusable trash. If it doesnt crash within 10 seconds, it wont load. Incompetent devs should be fired

Deleting this app. Devs should be fired. Absolute garbage. Most dysfunctional app ever created. These devs are literally useless. Any good review is probably from a bot or probably someone who was paid. Spaghetti code, unusable trash. Crash crash crash crash. All this app ever does is crash. Someone needs to be let go at this point.
They even allow reactions to players injuries but only certain players. You can laugh reaction at Parsons acl tear but they didn’t allow reactions for Mahomes acl tear. ESPN is nothing but click bait garbage and yet these amateurs can’t even make this app work for 10 seconds.

This app is great for seeing the scores of your favorite sport teams and other things. I recommend getting this app if you like sports but if not this app has a lot of other great things to see

It’s amazing to me how ESPN makes an app that is constantly buggy when it comes to playback of videos. They also display scores of sports and teams I never watch at the top of my feed, prioritizing over my favorite teams/sports. I also don’t need a 30 second ad for a 15 second highlight.
