Dropbox changed my life and made me not fear computer crashes. It is amazingly useful, functional and makes my life better!
Terrible, the absolute worst! HOT GARBAGE!!

Definitely one of the worst storage apps ever created. A dead horse could do a better job than anyone at this “company”. If you like waiting an hour to upload 30 low quality .jpeg files then Dropbox is for you. I uploaded to google drive m, sent the files out, made a sandwich, and Dropbox was still struggling to upload small image files.
I didn't think Dropbox could get any worse but these companies are great at proving me wrong. It's like they took everything wrong with Dropbox and made it 10x worse and even more stupid. So many unnecessary steps and windows that most people with an ounce of intelligence would remove these things. Favorite part is waiting for the website to load a few folders because I can't simply drag a file into a folder. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time, it was easier to upload the files in a folder than to move them within Dropbox, which the folders never loaded so technically I couldn't.
Very disappointed

I liked Dropbox until a free trial for a paid subscription that I emphatically do not want was forced upon me today. Very poor business practice in my opinion.
Moderate user, extreme happiness

Ihave been a user for at least 5 years. Dropbox is easy to use and far less invasive than the One Drive and Apple products. Uninvited Apple backup trashed all data on my iPad when battery ran out in mid-process.
Why do I have to download the app to see my files?

On my laptop and iPad, I can access anything I want on Dropbox.com without being forced to download the Dropbox app. I like websites and shouldn’t have to add storage to my device just because I want to access anything database I PAY for. I literally texted the exact link to my folder from my iPad to my iPhone and my phone says it’s an “invalid address.” Nothing works, not airdrop or logging in via Safari/Chrome. If my clients didn’t use Dropbox, I would never use this service. Stop forcing people to download apps for no reason. It’s unnecessary and if I can use it just fine via browser on my iPad, the same should apply to my iPhone. Good riddance.

IDRC but saw a review that said they’ve been using dropbox for over 25 years yet they were founded 18 years ago. Weird.
Needlessly tedious and obsolete

Like this, the app is a drag and does not play well with others. Too time consuming to mess with. Don’t bother!

Uploaded videos, then deleted. Settings show zero space used in the account. I tried to upload new videos and I get a message saying all my storage is used.
Assistance with a free plan is nonexistent. Would’ve thought the dropbox is better than this.
