It’s clunky and awkward. Why does everything that wasn’t broken always need to be “improved??” Leave it alone.
Very useful App

Files are now accessed through the “Search” function, and even then you have to go digging for them. Unintuitive, clunky, and not user-friendly.

Copilot worked decently for me for about a year of note taking during graduate school. Yesterday it prompted me to pay to upgrade and add more storage, which I declined, thinking once I ran out of storage I could purchase more or switch to another note taking app. Today I found 365 had automatically deleted most of my notes from this semester, and practically all of my notes from the previous semester are now gone. I panicked initially, then remembered the prompt to upgrade. I paid for the upgrade, and now have enough storage to add more note PDF’s, but my files are still gone. I was able to reupload the files for this semester, but those from last semester are completely gone. I imagine this will be a severe problem when I begin to study for boards, and a whole semester of my notes are gone. Very disappointed and do not recommend the app for anyone as a program for taking notes you might need later- Microsoft might decide you don’t need them.

This used to be a good app, I could open the app and go right to the files I was working on. But then Microsoft decided that we can’t have something that simple! No, now you need to tap through 15 menus to get to what you working on, because now the app’s sole focus is chatting with AI. Please hire some workers who have interacted with other humans at some point and maybe you’ll understand the demand for AI chat bots isn’t as high as you think it is. I see no point in continuing my subscription with this nonsense.
