Todoist: To Do List & Calendar for iPhone

The Home Screen widget is super useful and the cross sync with the browser extension is wonderful. 👍

I tried to use Apple Reminders to keep track of my todos but Todoist has one major difference that I like: I can write out repeating events and priorities here without having to click any buttons. This makes keeping an organized todo list very fast and easy.

I’m convinced there’s a team that just focuses on how they can mess up user’s existing flows. Who thought making it harder to swipe-complete a task was a good idea? Seriously there’s zero valid reasons to do that! Update after dev response: Like I said, there’s zero valid reasons to do what you did. Go back to the old swipe actions that your users like. We ALL hate the change and there’s no excuse to keep breaking functionality like you love to do. It’s time to find a new todo app!

You have to delete and reinstall constantly to make sure it is working properly.

Todoist is an amazing tool for organizing your life tasks and projects. It’s a game changer. I have always used various tools/ systems to organize myself and they did work. However, Todoist is heads above the others. It takes a little bit of set up ( they even have templates to assist) but after that you will be set for greatness! I will always use todoist, even for my personal life.

I’ve been an avid user for several years and I just love this app more each and every day. The new ramble feature is just awesome and was the final missing puzzle piece to make this the perfect app. I use it to keep track of daily tasks or even things that happen every two years and they just pop up in my to do list like magic.

This is a phenomenal app that I use every single day. It comes in handy when I have a lot to do! I love this app!!
