Calendars: Schedule Planner for iPhone

The app has been crashing for the last two weeks and no fix has been pushed for it

Why is all this junk being added to my Calendar? I have notices from like 4-5 security places that tells me my subscriptions will be renewed and taken out of my bank! Other notices all spam now added to my calendar! Don’t need that so I will have to delete this one and try another app since who needs more junk coming into our lives?

I always liked how I could get day of week, plus month day and year. I just noticed that has changed. Now it is just DOW and day. Was there a reason for that change?

I like the calendar, however, I have opted out of the holidays. There are some very questionable holidays that ate automatically inserted. I suggest now that we have option to choose.

Was my first go calendar, until recently. All the drag and drop features disappeared. You can’t double click on calendar events and have them open in month view. Just a big loss of features. If it gained them back, I’d keep the subscription. Used to be worth it. Apple Calendar is just as bad.

Only one I have used in years

As someone who has a completely flexible schedule for the first time in my life (self employed, a lot of travel days, etc) I found I suddenly had a great need for a calendar that can also function as a daily planner. I have already been using Calendars for years (initially Calendars 5), and was searching paid task management apps, but it turns out I didn’t need them. The integration with Apple Reminders is fantastic. I can see my work and personal calendars and my to do’s all in one place. I can schedule meetings as well as time block for what activities I want to focus on at different times of the day (since I don’t have the same schedule M-F week after week like I used to), and refer to my lists of reminders to know what is highest priority to focus on during those blocks. If I don’t complete something it will automatically carry over to the next day. I love that almost everything is customizable (colors, etc) and you can easily switch between a list, daily, weekly, or month view, as well as your planner to see your tasks. And their customer service is top notch! I’ve contacted them a few times over the years and they always reply promptly and thoroughly, helping me resolve my issue. I use Calendars on my phone, iPad, and Mac and it’s seemless!

I have tried dozens of calendar apps searching for the best one and this is it no doubt. It is the simple details that go a long way like the weekly visualization, or the thin font that allows you to see complete words, the friendly user experience. I love it and wouldn’t change it for the world.

I had loved this app until 2 mos ago.. I got tons of spam alerts that went directly into my calendar day, not text message, not email, but This calendar app, 8-10 spam messages a day. I finally had to transfer all of my events to calendar that comes with the iPhone. Very sad to have to delete this app, especially after just paying for another year recently, but now, No spam alerts.
