Previously, it only alerted users with just single popup reminder to connect Bluetooth connectivity with devices and that was fine since when I cancel then it never showed up again. But now, it relentlessly and consistently reappears and drives me insane. Get this crazy insanity popup to stop please.

From the little I’ve used the app so far, it seems potentially useful (which is why I’m giving it 2 stars, rather than 1). I was actually looking forward to seeing how I could integrate it into my daily workflow. However, when I looked into disabling the auto-renewal on my account, which they force you to sign up for in order to use their device, I couldn’t find it. You can’t cancel it in the Subscriptions section of your iOS account like they claim. You can’t do it in the app. You can’t do it on their website. You can’t do it using the link to update your payment method in the email they send confirming your sign-up. Can’t do it anywhere. I’m going to call the number in the confirmation email tomorrow. We’ll see how that goes. Regardless, any company that makes it that hard to cancel a compulsory $240 auto-renewal is shady, and it makes me automatically distrustful and want to cancel their service ASAP. Returning my Note this weekend. UPDATE: phone number provided in email is bogus: “Your call cannot be completed as dialed.”

This is a great device I use it for everything I sent out my notes the next day I wish they had a pause feature maybe they can incorporate that in the future other than that I look forward to my Loz every night

I knew the concept/device form factor was new and exciting, but true excitement is using it for the first time and realizing this what needed since I was 0 days old!

I was initially skeptical, but the PLAUD NOTE and its app have completely transformed how I handle meetings. The hardware is sleek and discreet, but the real magic happens in this app. Recordings sync flawlessly from the device, and the transcription is shockingly accurate, even with multiple speakers. The AI Summarization feature is the star of the show. It pulls out key takeaways, action items, and even creates a mind map from a one-hour call in minutes. This has genuinely saved me hours of administrative work each week. I can now focus on the conversation itself, knowing PLAUD has my back on the note-taking. An absolute must-have for any professional who lives in meetings.

The plaid note is an absolutely amazing device where you’re able to take it wherever you go and never forget anything! I would order one for everyone you know!
