AI Chatbot: Pixi for iPhone

I signed up for a free trial and canceled before the end of the free trial. The Apple App Store showed that the subscription was successfully canceled prior to the end of the free trial. The app still somehow charged my account the $7.99 weekly fee 3 days after I canceled the subscription after the free trial ended. For some reason Apple won’t refund even though I have proof of canceling the free trial before the subscription transitioned to paid. Don’t fall for the free trial. They will charge you anyway.

The app promises a free trial if you update to their pro version but, when you cancel, don’t expect a refund - not happening 😤😡😤😡

I tried using the free trial to upgrade the app but instead it charged me for the full year. Then I got no changes to the app what so ever. No new features were introduced. Won’t let me send any videos of any sorts. I tried contacting customer support and chat option was not helpful. I tried Emailing them on two different Emails they’ve provided and both Emails came back saying address not found. Be ware with this app.

Once you select one of the mandatory plans to use the software, the functionality is t that great. It is very basic and lacks any amount of creativity. It took me about 20 minutes of playing with the app to realize this wasn’t going to satisfy the needs of the design I was looking for so I cancelled the subscription, or at least I thought. Come to find out the app has been charging me weekly for the last 4 months and is not “eligible” for refund through apple….. do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Not as good as promoted

Do not support this app. I tried it out for one day and after failing to do what I asked I stopped using it and never opened it again. They automatically charge you $8/week and after trying to get a refund twice they have refused to give me my money back. Thieves. Shady. Go support something else. Screw this app. Spreading the word like wildfire

This is not a good app, and when I tried to get a refund, it was denied.

Very frustrating in using this application. It doesn’t seem to actually give me what I want. It gives me the questions I wanna ask, but then it does not answer them. Then when I asked her to create an image of what I was looking for it, created some fantasy garbage that I did not need.

All free options have been better! Nothing but incorrect and incomplete answers
