Resolved issue customer service got back to me within a couple hours

I hate this app. Every call has to go through Wi-Fi and very important calls are being dropped at the worst time possible.

I am a real estate broker by trade so calls are everything within my business. The overall app is wonderful as far as it recording calls and summarizing calls while providing a to-do checklist, but for some reason, my calls keep failing randomly over and over. I was on the phone with a client looking to purchase a property for $500,000 in the call failed mid conversation. That client was lost These calls are failing over and over again to the point where it is becoming frustrating. I am almost at the point of finding a new phone service if this problem is not corrected ASAP And yes, my Internet connection is very strong. I have top-tier Internet service.

The app itself and features were nice but you would think a company like this would have good customer support. I was having trouble setting up call forwarding and then it turns out if you have METRO by T Mobile then it won’t work. Frustrating thing thing is I tried to reach customer support by chat only no 800 number is that they read the message and take a long time to respond. I think they just ignore customers and really should hire more customer support people. I was excited to use this because the features are so nice but a shame. They should tell people before signing up that it won’t work with METRO

I own a music school with 200+ students enrolled and this has been a game changer. It fields all calls and I can text clients right from the app. Additionally, the customer service has been great even though it takes a few hours to get back to you. Lastly the daily recap is a game changer. For example we had 6 calls and 4 sets of text messages from new students. Everything is neatly organized at the end of the day for you. 5 out of 5 stars.

It’s a great app but I keep having A LOT OF TROUBLE. It worked great for a day. Then it stopped working. It would not answer my missed calls. The customer support was great with getting back to me BUT they offered NO help. Told me to I use it on call forwarding. So I could not ANSWER ANY CALLS NONE. I just need help with answering the calls I can’t answer.

After terminating my subscription 8 months early and then claiming that it had expired despite everything indicating otherwise, the AI associated with the app could not even connect me to a human. Been getting complaints about the AI from business customers that have had to interact with it, and now I see why.

The app worked 80% of time, until forcing paid subscribers to upload personal documents to continue using the app. Uploading your govt ID and photographs creates avoidable risk to user data, ID theft, privacy, leaks, etc. The demands made by M1 lack legal basis and create undue risk upon users and M1. Cannot recommend nor continue using.
