Literally a lifesaver. The free version works great and is helpful regardless, but the pro version is amazing. And they offer scholarships! Really helps with my ADHD and anxiety due to its easy and extensive planning features. It also is super customizable! Truly lovely app.
  • Few more simple fixes

Structured - The ability to re-organize "all day" tasks and set them in an order for one event or all future events - The ability to edit the wake up time and have it push forward all the other tasks for the day. For Example, have an option for time adjustment according to when you tap your first item so that all times adjust to the new "start," time. for people who work on call this is important since some days I don't get to bed until super late so I can't necessarily get up at the same time every day. - The ability to tap on "all day" tasks and have them "finish" like the scheduled tasks. unless they have subtasks; then show them finished when each sub task is completed - have the sub tasks pop up when tapping to complete a task to confirm sub tasks are completed before completely completing the main task (rather than having to tap on the task in order to see/edit the sub tasks). Also add note subtask here...as explained in the next suggestion - add a way to add and view notes (The ability to add a note daily to a scheduled item without having to edit it. I.e. set it as an option for a task to include a note upon completion. See "Habit".) Examples are "weigh in" then the note box pops up and I enter my pounds. "exercise" I love checking off the tasks, but I have a note box below my stationary bike so I can enter the mileage and the minutes. Or for other exercises I can enter reps. For "water my plants" I can enter which ones need special attention or which ones I didn't water because they seemed too wet. Any kind of detailed note to help. - A section where I can review notes - Swipe options for tasks (ie swipe left to to to add to inbox OR TO SKIP a task skipping is important --because some days I miss or need to skip but don't want to delete because I want to review what's working and what's not). - An option to have the schedule as a task list only that can be re-ordered if necessary (rather than a scheduled itinerary) for people like myself who work on call and can't get up at the same time every day. if these could be made an option, this would be the perfect app UPDATE: Developer responded, but the response did not address what I was suggesting. First, "Replan" just gives you an entire list and the only options you have are to throw it in the inbox, which does absolutely nothing or swipe the other direction to market as complete. I am looking for an option that would allow my items to stay in the list with an option to swipe to just skip for the day. Secondly, I went in and tried the AI as suggested; again, not what I was looking for at all. I still had to go in and individually accept the new time on each, and every one of the scheduled tasks which defeats the purpose of what I am suggesting. I'm looking for the option to be able to tap on the first item for the day and according to whatever time it is, it would automatically shift everything forward. Seems like it might be just a simple coding command. But I'm not a developer... Thank you anyway for your response; maybe someday.

Stay far away, app wants to charge a monthly fee after you get used to it. Subscription model for a reminders app...lol. Sad state of software development in 2025.

I love that this app allows you to plan your day in minutes. The reminders are suttle to keep you on track.
  • Very helpful and intuitive.
