Great app but poor in-app purchase feature

Great app with a cool AI feature! I really enjoy using it, but I’ve struggled to purchase the plan in the app. The AI chat support was helpful, but when the issue was escalated to a human reply, my problem still wasn’t solved. Hope they can improve the in-app purchase experience.
What a great app!

Especially for YouTube uploads and podcasts not already snipped, what a timesaver! I love seeing the highlights without having to listen, and when I do, I love having the notes to peruse. I’ve mentioned the app to friends, family, and colleagues. Can’t wait to see the continued development of this app.
Promising but unusable

I really like what they’re doing with this app in terms of innovating on what we can do as podcast listeners. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to get it to play podcast through my AirPods or phone speaker with the phone locked only with the phone unlocked and the display on. Needless to say that isn’t very helpful in a podcast app. Will update when and if this changes and I’m able to give a proper trial.
If you can tolerate the on boarding, it’s decent

You can’t skip any of the annoyingly long on-boarding process. It’s almost enough to make you not want to use this otherwise decent app. It’s a podcast app, not a video game. Super annoying.
AppleWatch buffering

I thought I found my perfect podcast player for listening while on long runs. Alas, I’ve found myself a couple miles from my iPhone only to have the podcast stop playing due to buffering, despite having downloaded the full episode in advance. As soon as this is improved, count me in.

As someone who both has tried a lot of podcast players and who listens to a lot of podcasts, this is the answer to what I have been seeking. Thank you for saving me from having to build this myself!
It was better before

You guys are doing to much. When it launched, it was an easy interface, you were able to get transcripts quickly, sync to integrations and export. Not to mention, it was FREE. I understand you guys have to make a profit somehow, but it’s overwhelming, the snippets changed and are somehow worse. It’s obviously catering to people who have no interest in actually listening and reading the material and being able to clip and make notes. Plus, some of the key points and takeaways are somehow wrong. Good job AI.
Trying to justify value

Podcasts won’t play unless screen is on. Outside of Snipd, it currently is very easy to issue a voice command to pause a podcast and add a note to (insert whatever note app you use) without the need to have an app dedicated for this specific purpose especially considering the default, AI generated Snips aren’t anything I ever would consider keeping.
Great App

This app has enabled me to learn and remember more by making it very easy to take notes on a podcast
Podcasts. More than entertainment

Podcasts are packed with information—tiny, powerful packages of knowledge delivered while you’re on a run, in the shower, or making dinner. But remembering what you heard, finding that one detail to share, or tracking down a quote can be a struggle. Snipd changes all of that.
Imagine being able to highlight a podcast like you would a book—just with your headphones. Snipd lets you capture magic moments, save key quotes, and actually retain what you’ve heard. Lost that insight from last week’s episode? Snipd helps you find it instantly.
It goes further: ever wish you could chat with the creator or a guest? Snipd’s enhanced extracts let you ask questions, get details, and even connect discussions across multiple podcasts—even those you don’t subscribe to. If a guest mentions a book, Snipd pulls up links so you can review or order it with a tap.
Put simply, Snipd is your secret weapon for turning passive listening into real learning. It lets you hold onto all the knowledge that usually slips away in the stream of audio and entertainment. If you care about making your podcast time count, Snipd is essential.
