Audible: Audio Entertainment for iPhone

Despite years of subscription and faithful payment I am no longer able to view my library of titles, all paid for. App freezes when I click on Library. No app support at all. Nothing has solved the problem for weeks. Very dissatisfied. Why don't Updates fix this problem?

I feel like the app has declined over the year since I downloaded it, and yes, I am getting updates. It's incredibly slow and often I can't access my library at all, or order a book from the app. I'm just watching a circle. Sometimes my only listening option is whatever happened to be teed up because I can't access my library to get to other titles.

I have typed in several books to see if they are available for the Premium Plus subscription. Upon checking, most of the books are and their page says you’re allowed 1 download to keep each month and you can stream the rest that are available for your membership. So I paid for the membership and now all those books cost and additional cost to listen to. There is no free streaming for those books even though they originally stated they were. In addition, there is no customer support. No email or phone number to get help…anywhere. Only option they offer is a Chat…however even in the chat you don’t get to speak to a person. And the options for the chat are very limited and will not get you to where you need. Very disappointed

Many people, including myself, use Audible to help them fall asleep. I usually set a 45-minute timer so it turns off as I’m dozing off. However, I often wake up multiple times during the night and have to restart the audio through my headphones. I don’t want to keep my phone in the bedroom every time I need to set a new timer. The app should have an option to maintain the same timer setting until the user decides to change it.

I read the book before and the audiobook is BETTER. Both Elena Wolfe and Jacob Morgan are Josh and Ally! Seriously, all dialogues, especially the banters, sound better than what I had in my head when I read the book.

1. I haven’t been able to rate at least 30% of my purchases . 2. I can’t favorite all my favorite books. 3. I can’t find books I’ve purchased - app doesn’t track purchases accurately . There have been 3 titles that I purchased twice . Customer service has no idea how to fix any of this except to tell you to go to the website which yields similar results . Terrible .

I enjoy reading this book recommended by a friend. I learned so much. Wonderful.

I can’t hate this book enough, i wish the worst of the worst to the narrator and i will make the effort to remember this author so i can wholeheartedly despise her work every time i encounter it.

When i download an entire audiobook I would like the whole thing to play. Also something that is 1 hour long should not be the same price as something 32 hours long. Also, bigger point, you do not buy these audiobooks. You do not get the files unless, ya know.
