I had maybe 6 within 4 years because I had to keep replacing the 2 I have. It’ll just stop working out of nowhere and it’s impossible to try and contact support to fix the problem. It’ll just start blinking red out of nowhere and I just be praying it’ll start back working by itself. And it moves without anyone touching it. This the last time this happened and I’m done. Just not going to buy anymore. I’ll still to ring cameras.

Me guata mucho el servicio la calidad de la imagen y la funcion de los equipos tengo 4 camaras de diferentes tipos de la misma marva imou y me funcionan muy bien. Audio, imagen y calidad.

It's been 3 years, and I have never had a problem with that. It's been taking a long time to go back and look at the camera, but I found out I should delete the memory card every week to speed up and improve loading. It wasn't the system's fault; the card load was slow. Everything is perfect now. Voice is clear; good-quality capture.

Not user friendly.

I asked a thousand times, please add function that show local IP of camera. This function is very useful. We can quickly add Imou cameras to NVR, without running any programs to find IPs in local network.

The best

Bad service, extra security plan easily compromised. Hackers seem to have compromised my security system. I sent proof. I got ridiculous response back, no investigation. No assistance to stop the hacking. My security is compromised and inept. Horrible!
