Galatea: Books & Audiobooks for iPhone

I really like this app to read online books and stories. It is simple to collect points for unlocking chapters without lots of ad watching. The stories seem of high quality and are interesting.

I recently started using the Galatea app, and honestly, it’s been such a unique reading experience compared to traditional books. What really stands out is how immersive the stories feel. The app adds sound effects, subtle animations, and even vibration at certain moments, which makes you feel like you’re inside the story rather than just reading it. It’s especially great for romance, drama, and thriller genres—each chapter keeps you hooked. Another thing I liked is the wide variety of stories and the fact that many are written in a way that feels modern and relatable. The episodes are short, so it’s perfect if you don’t have a lot of time but still want to enjoy reading. However, the app does have some downsides. You often have to wait for new chapters to unlock or pay to continue reading, which can get a bit frustrating. Also, some stories can feel repetitive or follow similar tropes. Overall, if you enjoy interactive storytelling and don’t mind the wait-or-pay system, Galatea is definitely worth trying. It turns reading into more of an experience than just a hobby.

I love the books and reads on here, although it is a little confusing when searching for book names sometimes. Overall i recommend

Annie whipple is a good writer & the book is a fun read

I like whatever I’ve been able to read so far. The only complaint I’d have is that once you get too far into a book, you have to pay to keep going and the cost of the points seem a little steep.

Good stories. But need to pay if you want to read the whole novel
