Plant ID not accurate

This seems like a cool app so far. I just downloaded it and added a few of my plants.
There are a lot of plants missing from the database, but there is an option to add them.
The plant ID feature is pretty inaccurate. I tested it out and it misidentified most of my plants, which is a bummer since that was a big reason I wanted the app.
Watch out for free trial

Planta charged full year on day I agreed to the 7 day trial. This app gives conflicting information on the same plant. Not worth it.

By far the best app, I think I’ve ever had. I have really bad ADHD so it’s hard for me with 50+ plants at home and I checked the app every day and it lets me know what I need to do.

App is getting a lot of freezes, and sometimes It repeats actions to plants all ready done, I doubt it is accurate now!

I logged on for the first time in a while. I’m trying to get back on top of my plants. It made me re sign in, and all 100+ of my plants are just gone! My whole account! I’m not setting all of that up again and if I could get a refund I would request it. I WANT MY ACCOUNT BACK, this is not ok!! The kicker? No way to ask for help! Not worth it for the headache it’s causing, use a different app!

I have around 30-40 plants and there is no way that I could keep up with their needs based purely on sight throughout a busy schedule. Plants has been nearly flawless in its administrations and the only issues I’ve ever had are likely my own fault for not entering in all the situational data for certain plants. My plants are so happy that they flower very regularly across different species. This app is one of the best on offer.

When we click on plants now, there’s an animation at the top that never stops looping and idk how to turn it off
Also can apps please stop adding AI to everything? How are people not realizing how dangerous it is???

I like that app, but I really dislike that they use AI because it’s kind of counterproductive if it’s an app to help us grow our plants and take care of our plants, but it uses AI which actively causes harm to the earth. Would love to see the app move away from AI.

When I signed up it said the subscription would be $7 a month but then I was charged $50 for a whole year…in this economy? Very misleading
