Malicious practices designed to steal money wherever they can. I have a disability that affects fine motor control, and I accidentally clicked the wrong button when trying to decline a purchase offer during sign-up. There was no option to confirm the purchase before it went through instantly. I was charged $14.99 and don’t even know what I bought. Apparently it was non-refundable. Stay away if you aren’t interested in being scammed.

This app is awful never used it but once you have to pay for the trial. I go to cancel and they offer me a discount rate of 99cents so I decided to keep it. They then charged me $29.99 money I need for bills saying the 99 cents would apply to the month afterwords. That’s absurd and a way to trick people who don’t have the money. I’m furious this is intended to help people going through mental health issues yet they’ve made it a struggle for me to pay my bills this month. Like keeping the lights on all over $30 bucks. I don’t recommend this app it’s a scam.

I only authorized a donation for 1$. Then later I get a credit card charge for an additional 15$. They are refusing to refund me. I never saw that they would charge the 15$ and never authorized it. They are liars and thieves. They responded saying ng they were transparent but I can assure you they are not. This is a scam. If they were transparent I would not be in this situation.

I had seen the ad on tiktok, and when it was almost about to give me a result it asks for how much you want to pay. Options are $1, $2, $10 or $18. I clicked $1, and once it took my dollar it charged ITSELF $14.99. NO WARNING at all. Automatically signed me up to their premium subscription without even asking for any other information. SCAM.

Never signed up for anything on this app.. browsed it in passing and all of a sudden was charged $30.. will be disputing it, and also don’t download this trash app. Nothing but a scam. When you try to “sign in” again never signed up for anything - doesn’t have any information. Complete waste of time and a full on scam. Wouldn’t be surprised if half of these reviews are AI. Can’t believe I even have to do this. Not a review person but this is TRAAAAASH!!!!

Terrible customer service and customer support. I cancelled my subscription immediately after downloading as I found a different app that I preferred better. They are telling me that my cancellation didn’t go through and charged me again. All they keep telling me is that the subscription is now cancelled and I will not be charged again.

DO NOT GET THIS APP. This app is pointless and there are many FREE apps with this same layout and use. It charges 14.99 to use it and does not authorize or ask if you want to pay this just says you can pay whatever you like and once you confirm to pay $1.00 (which is the amount I CHOOSE AND THE ONLY ONE I AGREED TO) it automatically charges you the 14.99. Absolute scam of an app just to get something that’s been done for free along with some lame buzzfeed quizzes. DO NOT GET THIS APP.

I paid $1 on the website expecting to unlock my test results after it said “donate anything to access.” Then I was told to download the app and create an account, which I did. After logging in, my results were nowhere to be found. I had to search for the test and retake it, and the questions were completely different from the ones on the website. On top of that, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $15 after downloading the app. This feels extremely misleading and dishonest. I would not recommend this app to anyone—if I could give negative stars, I would.

Scammmm! They’ve been charging me for MONTHS after I cancelled my subscription! They claim to care about your mental health and self-discovery but all they care about is money.
