Campsite Tonight: Camp Alerts for iPhone

National park campsites are so hard to get. This is the only way I was able to book both Yosemite and Zion. It’s really great

I think this will outdate campflare unless it gets blocked.

Tried a few travel apps and Campsite Tonight: Camping & RV is the one I stuck with. The cancellation alerts for National Parks are clutch, you set it and forget it until a spot opens up. You can tell whoever made this actually uses it. Also like that it pulls availability from multiple places so you're not checking five different sites.

I was able to reserve a spot that was in very high demand.

I have created multiple alerts and add to carts. It sends me an email and within 1 minute I have been able to click on the link and then go to my cart… nothing is there it did not auto add and I lost a few spots I was hoping to get. This isn’t a magic tool, and definitely not worth the $50 price tag. In fact I used the ad TJ cart feature but also tried to do it manually when the spots became available and o got it and my app did not. So it was no better…

Put myself on an alert which worked like a charm when a site became available. I was even notified separately that a two-night minimum was required and thus booked for me. I had 15 minutes to complete the reservation transaction once notified. Highly recommend this app (even though I will have more competition for campsites)!

I started with the free version, then upgraded to premium once I understood how the app worked and how responsive the developer (Mike) is to every user who asks for help. The app is very easy to use. In my case, I was able to reserve a high-demand Southern California site. Then, unfortunately I had to cancel due to a family conflict. However, I was able to reserve the same campsite the following weekend. Without this app, I would not have been able to book my desired camping trip for six months. This single weekend trip made the premium version worth it. I plan to use the app a lot more in the future. As another reviewer wrote, this app an absolute game changer!

Tried this appt out as a free trial and will be keeping my premium subscription. I was able to get a last minute reservation in Yosemite when everything is way overbooked out. So awesome!! Put the campsite right in my cart before anyone else could take it and alerted me to check out. Who has time to check recs.gov every minute ? Not me. Highly recommend this appt!

You can only do three add to cart alerts maximum. You can’t just add a park and select alerts for multiple campgrounds within that park. You have to do a separate and search alert for each campground. You always have to do that search on the map thing even when you actually know the name of the park and/pr campground. Apparently you can only set 10 availability alerts too. And when I go to cancel my subscription the cancellation confirmation button is blocked by the keyboard and I cannot select it.
