TikTok Shop Seller Center for iPhone

When I first started using the software, there were so many glitches and issues getting my information in their are correctly and accurately, especially since they don’t guide you very well to break it all down initially. Just recently, I had done my normal operation of shipping my products out through the mail and their system had a glitch where it said it couldn’t process it due to the tracking number being corrupted. I confirmed with USPS that the tracking number was accurate and it was delivered to both customers early. I spoke with eight or nine customer service representatives only through messenger because they don’t have a one 800 number to speak with for US customers. Long story short I had to pay money out-of-pocket, and the Customer Services people sent me instructions and none of the instructions worked either. There are just so many problems everywhere I turned in this app. I highly suggest they have 1000 clients go through every inch of this platform to make it better because it needs an overhaul!!

Love this app and the functionality is very close to desktop version!

The only reason I didn’t give five stars is cause I’m old. All positive stuff and I’m looking forward to see some traction and bump it up to 5 star.

The phone app is glitchy and doesn’t show when orders are placed. I am not getting notifications on my phone when an order is placed. Also it hasn’t been showing pending orders. It’s a mess. Not reliable.

Violation after violation with no sales makes no sense i get that everything on this app is automated but even when you appeal you would think a person reviewing would see that i have no sales or comments i got a message saying i had to many bad reviews and in the same email it said i had no bad reviews or any reviews at all i cant even get my shop up before it’s taken down i linked tiktok through Shopify and that was a miserable experience i mainly print all my products then ship them out and while shopify recognizes this tiktok makes you put stock in which is annoying when you have alot of product. Oh well its not worth using this platform i will just take things somewhere else

Extremely glitchy and complicated to use compared to ebay or even fb marketplace. Unfortunately this is a headache to setup
