What the actual hell

I’ve been searching everywhere I can to cancel my account. They do not make it easy until you actually get a hold of them through their customer chat. I thought I was going crazy. I’ve never had this issue with any ereader. I didn’t get time to read what I wanted and now I don’t even want to do that. This will be deleted as soon as I verify the cancellation.

Worst app possible, it’s like 60$ a book when with that money I can buy like 30 book on kindle. That’s crazy. This app sucks. DON’T SUBSCRIBE. A lot of people are having problems whith cancelling their subscription, they don’t answer.
I want to cancel my subscription

I have tried everything to cancel this subscription before it charges me an outrageous amount. Tried it through Apple and the purchase doesn’t show up anywhere. Tried to find it online and it shows up no where. I just want to cancel this subscription and there is no way for me to do it. I just wanted to read one story. But for $6.99 not for $125. Please cancel my subscription.

I have tried contacting them multiple times due to trying to cancel my subscription. They have not gotten back to me, but i am still getting charged $15 per week for this. I would love to find out how to stop this, but they will not respond or help their customers.

I want to cancel the weekly subscription but I can’t find anywhere in the app to do it. It also doesn’t reflect in my phone’s app subscriptions. They need to make the subscription easier to access and control in the app itself.

If I could give a zero I would. It has nothing to do with the books. They are good but I bought some coins or bundle to finish a book and I unsubscribe and sent emails to them. They just keep taking it out every week. I don’t know what to do at this point
Canceling my subscription

I cancelled my subscription the way they told me to. Now I’ve been charged 2 for a subscription I canceled and doesn’t show up on any of my apple ids or anything that I’m still subscribed to this. It’s not okay to steal money from someone. I even gave the screenshots conforming that it was canceled and that it no longer shows up on anything that I’m subscribed to this app.
Good stories - too expensive

I like everyone else got a pop-up in my feed with a great story that got me addicted. Of course I won’t pay more than 3 dollars for an ebook ever so I’ll never get this book finished. I maybe get to read a chapter a day because it’s impossible to earn points to unlock them. I enjoy you need 300 points to start having them converted but they only convert 100 a day and it doesn’t get you but 10 bonus points and you need 99 bonus points or coins to open a chapter. The stories are good. Chapters are so short for 99 bonus points to open. Sometimes they give you watch 3 ads to unlock a chapter but you don’t get that option if you don’t use bonuses to open a chapter that day. Once I finish the book I’m reading I’ll be deleting the app but that will be another 6 months I’m sure before o can finish it.
