This app is extremely expensive 14 dollars just to add 10 dollars. 30 cents a pic and 15 cents a message. MS n NY is way cheaper.

you will be charged for messages. It says it sent but the receiver never receives or it will say it won’t send and then it will repeat it and send it three times and charge you when you sent it once.

Pictures aren’t going through but you are charged for them messages take 20mins just to send back and forth

Shouldn’t be this hard to talk to our loved ones! Changing companies and charging and arm and a leg! While messages are not going through or being received by both parties!

The app has worked fine over the last two years but today there is an unexpected error message and messages are not going through. I tried to uninstall and reinstall and that same error won’t allow me to login. Geesh!

For me it continues to give me errors or not send my messages I get a red banner that keeps saying there is no connection or there is a network error and know it’s not my phone as I have perfect service for everything except this app.. but I can text regular and in other apps and it’s just fine. Most of the time lately it just continues to think and never load.

This is down all the time. Messages supposed to come immediately will get lost and come randomly weeks later. Messages over expensive. But what choice do you have

Everything about this app is TRASH. I get delayed messages or no messages at all and they still take my money. I constantly have connection issues. Now I can’t even log back into the app after uninstalling and reinstalling. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I could give it a ZERO STARS I would!

The app always has issues where it’s giving an unexpected error. We can’t even stay in touch with our loved ones cause it never works! I wish these facility’s would switch back to Securus!

I believe this apps quality is horrible on purpose. And I hate it. Please fix it. Every message just doesn’t send.
