Dressly: AI Outfit Stylist for iPhone

So far I have hated 70% of the outfits and the pieces that I did like weren’t even on the Old Navy website.

I could have swore I was apple shaped.

The styling is nice but there doesn’t seem to be a place to put your home climate in there so they’re suggesting beautiful cold weather outfits but I live in the desert. I’ve just started out so I’ll update if anything changes.

I didn’t like the app. Didn’t reflect my style and recommended cheap clothes. But I forgot to cancel, and they require you to jump through hoops to get a refund. “To review your refund request under our Money-Back Guarantee, we’ll need a screenshot from your account showing Day 7 (or later) of the Plan, confirming 7 consecutive days of use, and that the request is within 30 days of purchase.” I wish I had. Never tried it. Now I’m paying $100 for nothing.

What a ripoff…there is no personalized service. It is hot spring/summer season and the outfits are crazy inappropriate for this weather. There are so many winter outfits with sweaters plus coats or jackets. There is no option to personalize, such as, I need short sleeves that cover the top part of my arms and no shorts. I would choose no jackets/coats or sweaters. Also, I prefer lightweight pants as opposed to dresses. The app is also difficult to navigate. It took me forever to find help/support. AI couldn’t even direct me to that. I cancelled the same day but there was no option for refund. Just a big waste of money that seemed to be thrown away!

While some of the information is helpful, the promised capsule for purchase doesn’t seem to exist. Also, canceling is next to impossible. I have yet to figure it out

The app itself was not surprising to me. It offers AI color analysis, body shape evaluation, and an outfit scanner that is supposed to help you understand your features. However, the outfit recommendations, which I believe are the area that most needs improvement, kept showing the same looks and did not provide the more formal outfit suggestions I had specifically requested. They also include articles, but I did not find them particularly helpful or useful. I canceled the subscription just two days after downloading the app and received no refund. Even so, since I had already paid for it, I continued using it for a while because I wanted to give it a fair review.

This app will be set to auto renew at $50/month. Definitely not worth it
