    Love the app and variety of workouts each week in the 4 week program I am doing. A few things that would help make it more user friendly imho would be to be able to view the sets and reps before starting the workout and in the tracker being able to free text either the band color being used or the resistance level. Right now you can only track resistance if the exercise calls for a weight vs if the exercise only calls for a resistance band, i can’t recall what i have been using week to week.

    I signed up for a free trial of this and wanted to like the program but I find the app is missing key features for a workout program. First, you only track your last set’s weight. It’s too hard to remember all my sets and I don’t want to need to use a second app to track them. It’s so odd to me you can’t actually track your whole workout. Second, because you don’t track all your sets the app doesn’t time your sets. Again, I don’t want to be switching to a second (or third) app just to access a timer. Unfortunately these are dealbreakers for me.

    Easy to navigate. Thorough tutorials for each work out so there’s no confusion. Food recipes are simple and realistic which is so helpful when you’re trying to feed kiddos too!

    From Chloe teaching me on Tik tok the importance of feeling good when working out w couple years ago (encouraging you to workout in what feels good which led me to buy vitality the best workout clothes in the world introduced to me by Chloe) from there I fell in love with her and her family Tik tok and decided to try her workout plan seeing she had postpartum along with regular workout programs. These programs changed my life.. I’m not the one to write revivews or love influencers. But Chloe, her family, their vibe, their energy, changed how I see myself and my family. Not only is she and her family amazing and inspiring,, but her workout program caused me to loose 85 pounds after having my baby and bringing me to my lowest weight since high school… not only are these workouts fun, but they are effective (even the ones you dread doing) but honestly most of the time in the mornings I read my workout for the day and think “I can’t wait to do that” all because of Chloe’s expertise of being healthy and sudtainable, but making a bomb add workout routine. Thank you for changing my life!
  • Perfect to ease you back in postpartum

    I joined Bicah 6 months postpartum. I was finally ready to get back into a good workout routine to start feeling like myself again, but did not know where to begin. I started with the postpartum program and LOVED it! It was just what I needed to ease myself back into working out regularly. Once I finished that I moved onto the Busy Body program. Quick, efficient workouts were essential for me as a new mom and this program delivered! The workouts kick my butt, but the results have been AMAZING!! I finally feel confident in my new body and have even started to shed some of the baby weight too! They offer so many great recipes as well. I recommend this app to everyone and can’t thank Chloe and her team enough for developing an app with every one and every lifestyle in mind. Give Bicah a try, you will not be disappointed!!

    I used to be a “gym rat” but lost my drive after having two kids in two years. Currently 3 months pp and getting back into it. I love how realistic these workouts are - no fancy crazy moves, just the basics that work! Getting my motivation back after all this time feels amazing and it’s because of this app🫶🏼

    The home workouts require gym equipment which I don’t have so I’ve had to find alternatives for a lot of the workouts. I do love the in app habit tracking though.

    The bicah app has really helped me get into a new workout groove. I love that Chloe included a calendar to track habits as well. We have a pretty good set up at home for home workouts so I do the 5 day a week home program and modify as needed. I played soccer competitively growing up and through college and this has helped me regain a sense of confidence and personal accomplishment. I love being able to track sets in the app as well. I haven’t used any recipes yet but I truly couldn’t recommend the app more especially if you’re in a funk with workouts or the gym in general. I honestly never know what the next day is going to hold!

    I just completed day one of the post partum workout and I haven’t this good about myself since having my baby. I love the way this app is designed with simple workouts I can do while my baby naps. Thank you Chloe for creating this app and helping me get back to being me.
