WHO IT'S FOR
Streamline Swim is designed for everyone. You don't need to be a "real" swimmer, understand complex workout jargon, or have access to a bunch of equipment. The app is designed for anyone who wants to add swimming to their fitness routine, complete beginners who have never done a swimming workout before, casual swimmers looking to introduce more of a routine, and even seasoned swimmers looking to mix things up.
It is not designed for competitive swimmers or masters swimmers looking to refine their technique or racing plans. If you're already training for a triathlon or looking to improve your SWOLF then this probably isn't the right fit for you.
HOW IT WORKS
Each week builds on the last. You start with short intervals and manageable rest periods, and by week 12 you're swimming 30 minutes continuously. The programmed adapts to your pool, just select your lap length on your watch before each session.
