1. delete the wonderland, it sucks and no one plays it but like 3 people 🫩 2. the wonderland is ruining your game, your character designs, and gameplay. STOP PUTTING YOUR BUDGET INTO A PAY TO WIN PART OF YOUR GAME NO ONE BUYS 3. please give us more rewards. we’re tired of getting the bare minimum, 60 pulls per patch while releasing 1-2 new characters each patch SUCKS.

The only content moderated in this app is leaks related to Hoyo’s own games. Outside that, it’s a disgusting free for all. If you’re an adult thinking of downloading, be aware that to get to actual game content, you’ll have to scroll through kids treating this app like Instagram or a dating site, doing face reveals and posting drama back and forth. If you’re a parent checking on this for your child…just don’t. Underage girls so young they don’t even understand the filthy comments people are making under their face reveals, AI slop that isn’t required to be labeled, smutty FanFics and fan art, etc. in an app rated for 13 and over, not 18 and over! Never mind the constant political commentary in an app for a game, this place is as bad as Twitter. Take the worst subreddit you can think of and remove the moderation and you’ll have a picture of what HoyoLab is like. Even the moderators have made posts in the app clarifying they aren’t allowed to actually moderate and can only forward concerns/complaints to Hoyo. Mark Zuckerberg’s issues with children and social media pale in comparison to this app.

I only installed this app for primos and jades, but it’s actually pretty good, there’s no problem, I just want more primogems, trailblazers are getting fed way better than travelers rn.

I love the app but currently it won’t load, saying I have no idea connection when clearly I do because all my apps are loading but this one.

How can I access my account when I use my Facebook account but, I do not use that email address anymore.

My account is on the wrong uid and i can’t fix it or make a new on so I’m stuck on the wrong account

I used to love it, played it for years, but the un-skippable tedious stories ruined it for me. ZZZ and HSR let you skip stories. Genshin should to. Until then, I’m not playing any Hoyo games.

There are constant arguments in every comment section on this app. My feed is full of posts from over a month ago.!Every post is a middle school kid posting pictures of themselves which is obviously not safe. The only censorship this app bothers to implement is censoring words but doesn’t bother to monitor the content itself. It is FULL of AI. It’s convenient to have for the daily check in but the rest of it is a hot dumpster fire.

The app works fine but it is stuck on an account I no longer have and won’t change to my new one regardless of how many times I input the UID
