With aerial perspective, Eduard makes mountain peaks stand out or gives all landforms the same prominence. Eduard helps you to remove distracting terrain details and adjust the granularity of the shading to the scale of your map. Eduard supports layers with elevation and slope masks. With Eduard you quickly download elevation data from almost anywhere on Earth or import digital elevation models in a variety of formats.
Eduard supports spatial coordinate systems and all commonly used GIS raster file formats.

Can't say enough about Eduard. This app has streamlined my shaded relief workflow thorugh its ease of use and its impressive speed. I can generate manual, analytical, and texture shadings in a snap, and being able to download grids in the app is a huge plus. Always a joy to use Eduard!

Finally have my dream team. People think I'm a genius, but really it's just Eduard. It's a gift that keeps on giving. Texture shading and Ambient occlusion, what's next? gdalcolor dem?, or maybe sat imagery export, nudge nudge. Well worth the cost, I would even have paid more, to know of the math behind it, it truly is a beautiful thing.
