The app says there is a free option at the bottom but when you click on the free option it then tells you it's a free trial and it's $5.99 A WEEK NOT A MONTH.

App recently stopped working and when I try to open, it’s just stuck on the opening page trying to load. I have deleted and reinstalled with no luck. If this isn’t fixed I will be canceling my subscription.

Since the update, my paid app does not open, not even the widget. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I have iphone 13 pro.
I try to ask for support and link takes me to some nonsense that is not support.
I'd like a refund.
