Abuses Notifications to Upsell

Very nice app. Flexible tools for managing PDFs. Annoying use of system notifications to upsell from the free version, something I thought was (rightly) prohibited for App Store apps. No way to disable upsell notifications.
Edit: I have not used this app for weeks, but I received a notification today to upgrade to Premium… at 3am! Notifications are set to Off for PDF Expert in my settings. You are ignoring & overriding my preferences to upsell me. This not what notifications are for.

This app is expensive and does not function well on apple devices. Have had trouble on two different MacBooks and on an iPad. Tech support did very little to assist in resolving whatever the issue is. Also purchased with a credit card and was not provided a recipe for the purchase. Very disappointed in the performance and really would like a refund.

I’ve been using pdf expert for several years, annotations have been working fine and have all saved except for my most recent and most important document where they mysteriously all disappeared. My old annotations on different documents are still there. Please fix this

Have used PDF Expert on a Mac for several years and appreciate easy user interface that doesn’t require a manual, powerful PDF features, robust software. So it was a natural to turn to PDF Expert for my iPad too. In too many ways the workflow and UI feels like a software package from a different company. And a $50 / year subscription (not one-time purchase) for a PDF editor is pretty expensive.
