I just bought another month on this app after mot using it for a while and I can’t get it to connect. Will try again later but i am very unhappy. I tried uninstall and reinstall app still didn’t work

On top screen show LTE vpn. In the app show green safe and connected but looking I use my LTE . The iPad connected the same WiFi it’s working great .
Supposed to be free for our business account.

ATT says you get this for free with the business elite plan and sends me a link to download. Ended up getting charged. Good racket if you can get a few hundred thousand clients to fall for the scam.
