After the first 30 days, you will be automatically billed $7.99 each month (includes support for up to 10 family members and up to 30 devices in total). Service auto renews every 30 days unless cancelled. To use the AT&T Secure Family service, you must download two Apps: the AT&T Secure Family App (adults, parents or guardians) and the AT&T Secure Family Companion App (family member). Install the Companion App on your child’s device and pair it with the Parent App on your device. Pairing is required to access all features. Only authorized app users have permission to use the App to locate a family member’s device. Requires iOS v.16 or higher.

There is a compatibility conflict that can prevent the addition of AT&T Secure Family Companion App to your child’s companion device if you have AT&T ActiveArmor Advanced Mobile Security running on the same companion device. Disconnects from VPN randomly. Holding our child’s iPhone myself untouched and within a day exclamation warning about ‘Device has been disconnected from VPN…’ even when his phone has not been used. Reconnecting child’s phone gets tedious.

This app keeps telling me that it is unable to complete your request please try again later. I have an iPhone 16 Pro Max. I am the only one in my family having this problem. I am also the one who downloaded the app and set the family up. If this problem persists I’ll be deleting the app the last time I had this problem with it, it took me about 2 full days to fix it.

I’ve been using the AT&T security family app for the last two months and all of a sudden today it doesn’t work at all. I called AT&T pro tech-support and they said there’s something wrong with the server now I can’t even talk to anybody. I can’t even connect to my family members to make sure that they’re safe. The child app on their end works and doesn’t work. They can’t even see. Because the parent app is not working at all.
