Clunky and defunct app

Too hard to navigate. Also would not let me link my reservation number as a room guest so you can’t do many of the activities on the resort without this app. Resort should be less app dependent.

This app has very accurate information about were things are and what’s happening with thing such as games, crafts, and more! I would very much recommend this app if you are staying at the resort!

Disney can do better they direct you to the app for everything yet it gets stuck which requires relaunching. Adding guests isn’t any better. We gave up and called customer service. As a company if you are going to make the app the primary way to interface then fix it!!!

I don’t write reviews but the app is terrible. I was unable to link my reservation and it required very personal information for my family to be input. No thank you Disney.
No breakfast ordering

No breakfast available for ordering online. There’s always a breakfast rush,so why isn’t breakfast available on this thing?
Not the same feel as the Disneyland app. It’s like a jr developer made this thing, while the Disneyland app has the full corporate backing of Walt Disney company.

Useless app. Not all times are listed. Events are outdated. Tons of errors. Most of all links to the website. What’s the point of this app?!

I don’t understand why I had to call reservations to have them manually add my reserved activities to my schedule and why I couldn’t book them all in the same experience. And when I use the app to unlock my door it stops my headphones and transfers my audiobook audio to my phone audio.
Doesn’t support large text

Not sure who’s been testing this app, but accessibility support for large text doesn’t work.
With text set to large, you cannot complete retrieval of your reservation because the buttons end up off screen for selecting the date.
I had to force quit the app and go ti settings, set my text to (very hard to read) small text, open the app, retrieve the reservation, go back to settings and set my text size back to my normal choice.
Works great, but needs Apple Watch support

This app works great but it needs the Apple Watch for unlocking rooms and the abilities of the cards. I have the Series 3. Please add support.
