Can no longer watch the videos bc a glitch makes every news story play at the same time. Particularly in update stories, or on the weather page.

I have been watching different ABC 7 channels around the country and I think they are the best news programs.I started watching New York during the storm in February and that was the best reporting from the field and the anchors.Thanks for a great job everybody.

Double Audio Feed and Playback Issues

As of these last few months ever since the loop and autoplay of livestream and the coincidence of the new iOS 26 updates, the app has been plagued with this double audio autoplay bug.
This especially is an issue when I try to watch video clips from the Eyewitness News stories of the day. For example, If want to see the latest AccuWeather forecast video; the forecast video would start, but as it is playing, suddenly the live video stream's audio would overlay and play over the present AccuWeather video i'm watching making the app not useable. Sometimes the audio of several videos playback at once.
This is very disruptive and there seems to be obvious way to fix to stop the autoplay of the audio from the multiple videos.
I believe this an autoplay bug, if possible is there a way to disable that?
Otherwise the app is fantastic, the other cities seem to be unaffected, KABC's app does not have this issue. Seems to be with WABC only.
Livestream Playback error back again following update

Been a long time user of this app and other abc city news apps, especially when frequently traveling. Long time ago all the local news apps would not play the live video but an update fixed the issue. Recently the apps, including this one, LA and other cities were all updated and the playback error has returned. There is also the following number -1002 in the lower left of the window. Not sure if this number means anything. On Demand videos do still work.
Hope another update will fix this error and get all the apps back to their great functioning so watchers can watch local live newscasts, especially during emergencies when family members now living away are involved. Thanks.

Can’t watch the NY lottery drawing anymore, also when I used to attempt to watch the weather forecast another video would play simultaneously.

This so called news app appears more interested i dropping annoying apps which can only be shut off by deleting the app. Don’t know what secret data is being uploaded or what possibly dangerous activity is being downloaded by ABC Don’t understand why Disney has become so abusive and vicious towards their potential customers with their discriminatory so called news app.

I love watching ABC morning, noon and night unfortunately lately your station does not come in clear. It is the only one that I have a problem getting into in the morning. It gets better during the day and then sometimes late at night. Picture not clear sound not clear. It’s very aggravating. What is going on with ABC
