There were many activities and the rooms were beautiful the workers were nice.The activities were very nice and the experience is a once in a lifetime.The food was very good and the severs are very nice and respectful.The process to get on the cruise may be long but they will get everyone on and the process to get off at the end is easy but sad because you’re leaving.It literally like Disney and is a great vacation for family and friends.

Together in this new boat an it's full of Goody's and they only two musicals that have ever won the most creative reward from cruise lines!Are servers did magic tricks there names are Sam and frensica we were on the treasure and the treasure has a water slide called aqua Mouse!they play a tv show while you ride! This was the best experience of my life including the other boat the fantasy we had shows entertainment nice workers and the greatest time ambushed into a week j highly recommend it to all people who are looking for adventure! Like the new boat with a roller coaster on it I also loved that on nice time beautiful sea Portugal was amazing an the only bad thing is... The piece!there is six people in my group which makes it about 20 thousand dollars but the food is completely complimentary have fun I hope this helps persuade you Into the family of Disney cruisers.this also applies to Disney world land and toykyo Disney in Japan Disney Euro in France and they a have amazing thi v tto do! It randomly crashed and then I lost all of the group chats. I still got notifications but was not able to access the chat

App not reliable for messaging

Well cruising on many different cruises none had the same quality of app as Disney. Disney mad communicating simple, and let me know in advance when stuff was happening on the boat. This way my family and I fit everything in we could the app even should when the characters were available to sign books and get photos. Thank you so much Disney for helping us have such a magical experience.🩷

I like it, I just think if you went to the youth clubs part it could show the activities happening in there. But after all I think it is good. Also I want to say thanks to the people working on the boats and to our waiters umesh & jia, they were amazing also a thanks to Stewart, dunken, and Lucy from the oceaneers club they were awesome. And a last thanks to som for her help and a big thanks to Randel for cleaning our room and making towels animals while leaving chocolate 😋 I had fun during the theater shows and events it was cool. Ps this is so long

Chat feature doesn’t work, constantly drops WiFi.

The app was mostly good except after about two days into the cruise the texting part of the app wasn’t working anymore. Although we had some problems Disney took great care of us by allowing us to use I- messages and giving us a very thoughtful gift. Everything else was amazing though!

The app was a great resource for all things cruise related. The only downside was the messaging system amongst fellow cruisers was very unreliable due to poor connectivity.
