Inconsistent, locks up, doesn’t retain previous choices (such as inserting a text box), stupid text box autopop message has to be selected deleted each time, text boxes are a coin flip if they’ll have a ‘move’ option or if you get stuck having to ‘resize’ it into position, can’t choose a custom line spacing, even the log in is tedious and confusing particularly if you have/had another Microsoft account… generally just a ridiculously horrible experience for what should be an absolutely easy program. Definitely, not worth the cost and then to be reminded of that every year when the subscription renews.

Why do I have to sign in every time? And why can’t you buy it it once? And your updates are awful. Everyone loved the fast synonyms and par settings and now you have to drill down for them. Obviously, not changes writers chose but logical programmers.

Fewer options for fonts, can’t find and replace anymore. Whats the point of updating if all that happens is features get removed?
