Devices Offline for me but not for anyone else

All our devices say offline for me, and I cannot use them, but they’re online for everyone else. One star because I’ve tried troubleshooting this every way Google says to and there is not a clear way to fix this.
Careful if you get locked out of Gmail account

I got locked out of my Gmail account because Google decided that someone had tried to login to my account and it was not me so my account was locked out for 3 days. That caused all my Google home devices to stop working for the three days that I was not able to get into my account. It was for my own protection Google told me. That was terrible and showed me how much I was relying on a free email account from Google. Now it’s no longer my primary account. I learned my lesson with this.
WiFi password change

We had to change our WiFi password and now it’s impossible to get back into our systems. There is no way to change or update the passwords on the app or devices. You have to factory reset everything. It’s been such a huge headache. Now the devices aren’t being recognized and we cannot set them up.

This app always struggles to get the devices to work on the network, there is a blank screen when the camera needs to add a device or scan the QR code. Do better Google this is not a delightful experience

I woke up yesterday to 1 wifi point not connected went to it and it was factory reset and removed-took several tries to get it. Today I woke up and another wifi point same thing and will not connect. Get through the setup and at the very end cannot connect. Was fine until latest update.

First, I was literally robbed by the ADT technician that installed the Nest cameras then I was robbed by the Google App Store that wouldn’t allow me to return the broken cameras they sold me because I was a day or two past the 15 day time limit once you purchase the cameras. A policy that Google and the Google App Store aren’t explicit about and don’t make known when purchasing Google’s trash products from Google’s trash App Store.
